BIOGRAPHY
Nora has stunned many people when she takes to the stage. The slightly quiet and mysterious girl becomes a confident entertainer that owns the stage and shows why music is her core business. She's an artist and uses every art form that appeals to her to create great sounds and visuals. Even before learning the English language Nora had written her first English lyrics at the early age of 9. She's never stopped lyrics writing since and has teamed up with some of the biggest Dutch producers in the Dutch R&B and Pop scene like Tjeerd Oosterhuis for Gio and Guy Frankel (DJ Poison) among others. Billboard places her in the Top 1500 lyricists of the world in their 2006 Billboard Song Contest. Her quest to look for producers to team up with as a lyricist has led to a collaboration with the upcoming Dutch producer Gholar Fix, with whom she wrote "Out of the Box". A collaboration they'll repeat later this year.
Even though she's still pursuing a career as a lyricist, she has now set her sights on starting her own singing career as well. For the first few tracks of her demo Nora has worked with Darryl Anthony (former Az Yet An online collaboration with producer and house DJ Mark Taylor (known for writing for MN8 and Mark Morrison) had produced a club track called "They're waiting for my beat to drop", which is now available on the "Darling Nikki"-soundtrack, distributed by Universal Music/Def Jam. Nora also owns an Internet company called "Nora Tol Virtual Publishing" (since the mid 90s).
